The service was good. It may be better if you can also provide those small 1-person tents. Is easier to place and especially if it is the only person sleeping in it. It certainly helped of the 12 participants, we only reached the top of aconcagua with 4. Only minor
Mountaineering
Very positive, good instructions, professional advice and personal experiences. Thanks to you, I have not had any altitude sickness at all, that goal has been achieved. Unfortunately not reached the top due to a calf injury.
Fine. Kilimanjaro summit reached! Had little trouble with altitude sickness thanks to you!
Super! Trust. Know what's coming, how my body will be able to respond. Reached top, with only a little bit of altitude sickness. My saturation measured daily did not drop below 92. Usually 95. Not measured top night, was curious about it.
Excellent Service. I think the altitude tent helped me a lot, my saturation during the trip was good, and I was on top of Kilimanjaro, so my goal was reached.
What a super cool adventure it was! The journey, trek and everything around it went well. And, I made it to the top! Was really exciting for a while whether I could continue or had to quit because of a bladder infection that flared up and became a renal pelvic infection. Just in time, the fever was enough
Thanks again for the perfect service. The effect of the altitude tent was phenomenal, in preparation for my expedition to the Baruntse in Nepal. Unfortunately, in mid-September I got the message that the expedition was cancelled. Meanwhile, by sleeping in the high altitude tent and having a
Very friendly and I had the altitude tent for longer than agreed which gave me more time to acclimatise. The effect is difficult to estimate but I have had only minor complaints and have reached the top of Kilimanjaro so the altitude tent seems to have done its job.
Reached the top without any noteworthy problems. Thanks a lot!
I have made it to the top! Few problems. Only a slight headache after Lava Tower (from the evening at Barranco to the summit). My hiking buddy (no altitude training) had altitude sickness during summit night from 5,400 m. Greetings, Klaas
I was clearly better compared to an identical trip a few months earlier. However, less sleep quality during use.
Super service. Very satisfied, quality and as agreed. I have also achieved my goal, although the altitude still bothers me a lot. I am convinced that this is mainly due to my body, which suffers more than usual from the altitude.
Good. Quick reaction & solution to a malfunction of the altitude generator, clear information about bringing and collecting the altitude tent. Good effect as I reached the summit of Aconcagua as one of the few people in the expedition team.
Super well acclimatised after 5 weeks of sleeping in the altitude tent . In Shira, I still had a saturation of 96%. A day later in Baranco it was 95% and the night before the climb in Barafu it fluctuated between 85% and 90%. I did take Diamox from Baranco because I had some symptoms at Lava Tower
Positive, because I had less trouble with the height. The service was also fine.
Unfortunately, the climb of Mont Blanc could not take place due to bad weather. But alternative was also very beautiful, besides the Gran Paradiso (4,061 mtr) we also climbed several peaks of the Monte Rosa massif, of which the highest was the Signalkuppe/Punta Gnifetti at 4,554 mtr, where also the
Knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. I walked 8 days from 900 - 5000 - 4800 m. Then 20 days above 4800 m, varying from 4800 - 6800 m. I did not experience any complaints that could be related to altitude sickness! Happy to use your service again in 2023.
Excellent, everything as agreed. Kudos to the installer! Did not suffer from altitude sickness.
I think very well. In fact, got to 5400m without any problems. Good service.
Top met by ALL participants of The Next Level trip. Punctual planning and professional explanations by Altitude Dream.
We hardly had any complaints. Only a slight headache and a reduced appetite. Our walking pace was above average. We successfully achieved our goal Basecamp Mount Everest. Thanks for the clear information and good service.
The altitude tent clearly helped me adjust to high altitude. I felt relatively little reaction to the altitude itself. However, I did not achieve my goal (climbing Mera Peak, a 6000-der). I had to stop at 5300 m, due to feelings of exhaustion. However, I mainly attribute this
I was in good shape before starting a 5-week route - after 3 weeks, I could hardly breathe and barely walk up stairs. It almost ruined my expedition.
The service was excellent, very smooth both by phone or email. Altitude training does have its effect. Trekked for a week at 4000 metres with tour skis and sledge. No problems with headaches or nausea. Only when sleeping do you feel your heart beat faster, which
Impact great. No bother from altitude (6000m)
Having to work during the day myself, I found it difficult to be home at the specified time. Finding someone to let you in isn't always easy either. Mss agreeing a time together a bit earlier might be a solution. Furthermore, the height tent was well set up, and the
75% O2 saturation in camp 3 (6100m) vs average. 55% O2 saturation other participants. This led to summit success 7134m Peak Lenin! Without any problems. Thanks for the smooth service.
With previous experiences, I know for myself that my personal limit (without using medication such as Diamox) is around 4,800m. Nausea and headaches then limit me from going further. For Kilimanjaro, I wanted to do things differently and ended up at Altitude Dream for that. After 5 weeks
Thanks to the high altitude tent, better sleeping at high altitude. Otherwise punctual and correct with good explanations during installation.
Positive experience but effect I don't know yet. I am now in the Alps up to max 3600m; that is going well. Next to Nepal up to 8000+. How that goes I don't know yet.
Super explanation and guidance. Very friendly and flexible. Unfortunately, the summit attempt to the mt blanc summit did not go ahead. It did give me a good idea of what it would be like.
Sports performance increased. Customer-friendly, helpful and approachable. Almost complete adaptation to altitude (max 4250m). Suggestion: a smaller tent would be easier to fit. Further recommendation: specify more precisely how to use the saturation meter. Standardise the measurement.
The service was top-notch, communication was low-key via email and the altitude tent was neatly erected and dismantled. In the end, I was allowed to reach the top of Kilimanjaro WITHOUT any real altitude sickness.
I do want to let you know that I made it to the top of Kilimanjaro 😊. Apart from a single day with a slight headache, I did not suffer from altitude sickness. Thank you for your help and the pleasant contact. With kind regards, Stefan
Scientifically proven or not, my friend and I made it to the top of Kilimanjaro without any nausea, vomiting or other symptoms (okay, at 5900m everyone is out of breath). N=2, but I will definitely recommend your company to others who will try it.
I used your altitude tent again in July/August, for the reason of climbing Manaslu in Nepal (attempt 2) last September. It resulted in the successful ascent of the summit on 21/9/23! I did not suffer from headaches or lungs or otherwise for a moment. Well
We did it, we stood on the roof of Africa. Together with Thaumar from Amsterdam, we rented a high altitude tent from you as preparation. Thaumar suffered in it for four weeks and I for one week less. At about 3500 metres, we got a headache but it subsided after a day. After that
I did not experience altitude sickness but had a lot of trouble functioning above 4000m. Always immediately out of breath, ready again after a few deep breaths.
Excellent service! Punctual! Very thorough and detailed explanations and top-notch material. Moreover, very great flexibility: on my side, there were some planning issues iz my trip, but Altitude Dream responded incredibly well and proposed different scenarios to solve this.
Excellent service. We cannot know what it would have been like without the preparation in the altitude tent but we both suffered quite a lot. Starting at 2,800 metres, 2 days later (at 3,400 metres) I had a splitting headache. Another 2 days later (at 4,800 metres) Tine was not well
