This is a frequently asked question with a very individual answer. Altitude training is and remains very individual. However, we see that the absolute peak in the total red blood cell count is almost always realised exactly one week after a month in altitude training(*). Then you can assume that you your top condition for another 4 to 6 weeks can hold on to. Whereas with a traditional high altitude training course (Live High Train High), you only retain the effect for 3 weeks.
