Therefore, it is very important to supplement this properly for the optimal effect of altitude training. Unfortunately, we see that iron supplements are often poorly absorbed, but after years of searching and especially a lot of testing, we have found an iron supplement that, thanks to a unique composition, is optimally absorbed by the body: ERYTHROMAX.
