The effect of the altitude tent was clearly noticeable. After a few weeks there was a significant improvement in condition and this continued when I was actually at high altitude. I did not suffer from altitude sickness during the Mount Everest Marathon. This could also be due to the stay in the altitude tent. The service of Altitude Dream is excellent. The fact that the high altitude tent is assembled at home and an explanation is given immediately works well. In combination with the schedules, you can start your "altitude training" right away. Afterwards the tent is also neatly collected. In short, in my opinion, staying in the altitude tent is an excellent preparation for both (endurance) athletes in general and climbers.
