"I have been back for a month now from my trekking in Nepal: Dolpo. It was a tough but certainly beautiful trekking! Beautiful landscape. Beautiful also because we encountered very few tourists. In total 3 groups in 3 weeks. So we got a good picture of life in Dolpo. Hard work, but in a very beautiful area. Unfortunately, we did suffer from diarrhoea, but not from altitude sickness unless you include diarrhoea in that. So no complaints at all of a bad headache (only sometimes a slight headache when bending over, but that's logical at altitude), nausea etc. Because of this, I was able to enjoy the landscape sufficiently. Next year, I will probably do a lighter trekking, but who knows, maybe in 2 years time, I will do another one of those heavy trekkings. Until then ;-) "
