The biggest effect for me was the compulsory rest in the altitude tent. No food either, so I clearly lost extra weight. Another effect there was even more motivation for the training and I had even more focus. Unfortunately I was unlucky with the results. First time oh so bad weather on the marathon and I ended up two and a half minutes above personal record. While the rest of the top 20 were on average more than 5 minutes above their best time. Also came that after 6km I walked alone. Ultimately a very good match. Your service was just perfect. The system was set up and collected at the agreed times. Do not wash twice at the superstructure. But my wife does. Is nice when you come home and the altitude tent is ready.
