5/519-7-2015I already used the height tent (sleep high, train low) twice as preparation for a trekking / ascent up to 6200 meters. As a preparation for trekking and climbing at great heights, a huge advantage (quietly acclimatize at home at your own pace). So no problems in the mountains with headache, dizziness, shortness of breath, no symptoms of altitude sickness. On previous climbs (up to 4200 meters) without the use of the height tent, I did have the above-mentioned symptoms (headache, fatigue, dizziness, etc.). Furthermore: VERY professional, clear agreements and correct delivery.
