Top swimmer Job Kienhuis will do everything to reach the final during the 1500 meter swim in London. In preparation for the Olympic Games, Kienhuis also used its night's rest to improve. Kienhuis slept in one altitude tent.
In this tent, the oxygen content of high mountains is simulated. This form of altitude training is called living high, training low. You train at sea level and you live at altitude, so that your body slowly but steadily gains more Red blood cells which improves the oxygen transport in your body and therefore can sustain efforts for longer.
Altitude Dream wishes Job Kienhuis every success on Friday
and thumbs for that Olympic final!
