In Intermittent Hypoxic high altitude training (or Intermittent Hypoxic Training IHT) live and train at sea level (such as the Netherlands and Belgium), alternated with training at simulated heights, without having to go to the mountains for that.
Interval altitude training (IHT) has been used for many years to acclimatise athletes and mountaineers. It is a proven, effective system for improving performance in athletes, but also in wellness.

- During specific competition preparation period
- Twice a week a training session of 30 - 45 minutes
- Tax 60 - 80%
- Simulated height 2,500 - 3,000 meters
- For an even greater effect in addition to IHT; 4-5 times per week 3 hours of IHT (Intermittent Hypoxic Training)
