On December 13, 2014, the Flemish Trainers School (VTS) the sixth edition of the Day of the Trainer in and around the Topsporthal Vlaanderen in Ghent.
Tour de Kilimanjaro
Altitude Dream altitude training was asked by the organisation to demonstrate our technology to all trainers present. We did this with an imaginative 'Tour de Kilimanjaro' time trial. Participants cycled against the clock, and at a simulated height of 5895m, a distance of 1.2km.
Altitude Dream also had a high altitude tent on display at the stand and explained how 'Live High, Train Low' altitude training works.
